We have recently relocated to the Tampa area from North Carolina. The local office where I had taken a position had referred us to your office and specifically, Star. I work for a large, national company that had relocated several other employees who also had the pleasure of working with her. I can tell you that as we do more relocation, I will make every attempt to direct our employees to her for their home buying needs.
This is the fifth home my wife and I have purchased in the 12 years we have been married, so we definitely have had experience with carious realtors, and most of them good. To complicate matters somewhat, we have two children, ages 5 and 7 at the time, and they were with us every step of the way. Not only did Star never complain, but she went out of her way to accommodate us. Star always exhibited what I would call the 4 P’s that every good sales/customer service person should have; Promptness, professionalism, Persistency and above all Patience. We could always count on her to be organized and gave us excellent, objective advice and direction. She has made this experience the best we have ever had, and since neither of us are from this area, it could have been the worst. On many occasions I felt that she went above and beyond to assist us in ways that could be considered "outside the box."
She is very much an asset for your organization and we felt strongly that you know what a great job she did for us. Both my wife and I have very high and specific expectations and Star exceeded them all. We will definitely recommend her services to everyone we know that is selling or buying a home in the area.
